Danny Dyer, presenter and actor, was born on July 24th, 1977 in Canning Town, East London where he was discovered by an agent at his local Sunday school at age 14. Danny's first appearance was in Prime Suspects 3 (1993), where he played the part of Martin Fletcher, a homeless kid and worked alongside the renowned Helen Mirren. Danny's acting achievements has not been isolated to the screen and his success in high profile theatrical productions has seen Danny grace the stage from London to New York.

Danny's early career was almost entirely limited to television after Prime Suspects 3, with appearances in series such as Cadfael (1994), A Touch of Frost (1995), Loved Up (1995) and Soldier Soldier (1997). By 1999, Danny was seen in his first film, Human Traffic, a British independent film where he played the part of Moff, a drug dealing addict. This period marked the start of Danny's star success as he switched from supporting actor roles to starring in films in various genre. Since then, Danny has been busy with prominent roles in a range of films, theatre productions and further television work.

While Danny is probably best remembered for his role in Human Traffic, which became a British cult flick, he is now one of the most recognised celebrities in UK since presenting the popular TV documentary series The Real Football Factories and The Real Football Factories International from 2007. Danny's success as a presenter was quickly followed by the hard hitting Danny Dyer's Deadliest Men, where he tracked down notorious figures of the British underworld.

Danny's work in film continued with significant roles in films like Borstal Boy, The Football Factory, Severance, Straightheads, Doghouse and City Rats. His versatility as an actor has seen him switch between dark characters and the 'tough guy' hero persona to a loving husband in the romantic comedy, The Other Half (2005). Danny's career shows no signs of slowing down with upcoming films further expanding on his acting talents and securing his place alongside other respected British thespians.

Today, Danny lives with his partner, Joane Mas, in London's East End and is a father to two daughters. Never forgetting his roots, Danny remains close to his family and friends who played an integral part in his success. A big football fan himself, Danny is an ardent supporter of West Ham F.C. and the chairman of Greenwich Borough F.C.
